Anouk Dupin Dominates with Fourth Straight Podium Finish in Beach Pro Tour

French beach volleyball sensation Anouk Dupin continues her dominant run on the 2025 Beach Pro Tour, clinching gold at the Jurmala Futures in Latvia. This marks her fourth consecutive podium finish and underscores her consistency and competitive edge on the international stage.

Dupin, paired with Marine Kinna, overcame Estonia’s Eva Liisa Kuivonen and Liisa-Lotta Jurgenson in a hard-fought final that ended in three sets (21-18, 16-21, 15-9). Despite dropping their first set of the tournament, the French team maintained their undefeated match record across five matches.

This victory represents Dupin’s second gold medal of the season and her fifth career podium on the Beach Pro Tour. Remarkably, she has achieved podium finishes this season with three different partners, showcasing her versatility and resilience. At just 22 years old, Dupin’s run includes:

  • Gold – Valencia
  • Silver – Madrid
  • Bronze – Battipaglia
  • Gold – Jurmala

In the women’s bronze medal match, Estonia’s Liisa Remmelg and Heleene Hollas secured third place with a straight-sets victory.

On the men’s side, host nation Latvia dominated the competition. Top seeds Martins Plavins and Kristians Fokerots went undefeated, taking the title in straight sets over fellow Latvians Aleksandrs Samoilovs and Gustavs Auzins. Lithuania’s Audrius Knasas and Povilas Piesina rounded out the podium in third place.

The Jurmala Futures attracted 63 teams from 22 countries, emphasizing its stature as a crucial early-season event on the road to ranking points and momentum for the rest of the 2025 campaign.

More Futures events are set to take place this week across China, Greece, Italy, and Switzerland, as teams continue to battle for positioning on the global stage.
