The Kenya Volleyball Federation (KVF) National Beach Volleyball Tour’s fourth leg concluded triumphantly at Tiwi Beach Resort in Diani on April 20, delivering an exhilarating blend of veteran prowess and rising talent across the courts.

Dominance in the Women's Competition

In the women’s category, Gaudencia Makokha continued her stellar form, teaming up with Phoscah Kasisi to secure their third gold of the tour. The duo were unstoppable, winning all five matches in straight sets. Their final triumph, a powerful 2-0 victory (21-14, 21-05) over Christine King’oro and Abigael Simiyu, was a testament to their synergy and skill.

Key match-ups in the women's division included:

  • Makokha/Kasisi narrowly defeating Lorna Mukhongo and Vivian Bor in the semi-finals.
  • King’oro/Simiyu overpowering Selina Ngambo and Melany Akoth to make the final.
