The Tlaxcala Challenge reached an exciting peak with empowerment teams from Czechia and Australia taking top honors in the women's and men's finals in Mexico. The event spotlighted the success of the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment initiative, as the Czechian women's team and Australian men's team both conquered their challenging opponents.

Czech twins Katerina and Anna Pavelkova stole the spotlight in the women's final. They earned their first Challenge-level gold medal, finishing with a strong 6-1 record. Their outstanding run culminated in a come-from-behind victory against Lithuania's top contenders Monika Paulikiene and Aine Raupelyte.

D’Artagnan Potts and Jack Pearse from Australia excelled in the men's competition. They impressed from the start, dominating qualifications and securing a straight-set win against Argentina's Tomas and Nicolas Capogrosso. This marked their second gold in a row on the Beach Pro Tour. Czechia and Australia's achievements highlight the FIVB's strategic commitment to nurturing elite beach volleyball teams through extensive coaching and training support.
