- Paraguay: Fiorella Nunez and Denisse Alvarez earned silver after falling to Brazil’s Vitoria Rodrigues and Hegeile Almeida in the final (21-10, 21-13).
- Peru: Lisbeth Allcca and Claudia Gaona secured bronze, narrowly defeating Argentina’s Brenda Churin and Agostina Ghigliazza (21-13, 16-21, 15-12).
