Michał Bryl and Bartosz Łosiak of Poland have advanced directly to the quarterfinals at the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour Elite16 in Montréal, Canada. Their sweeping victories during Thursday’s Pool C matches secured them an undefeated record and the top position in their group.
Competing at Parc Jean-Drapeau, the Polish pair began with a dominant 2-0 win (21-11, 21-11) over Germany’s Paul Henning and Lui Wüst. They continued their impressive performance by defeating Australian Olympians Izac Carracher and Mark Nicolaidis in straight sets (21-14, 21-17). An injury-induced forfeit by Qatari Olympic medalists Ahmed Tijan and Cherif Younousse in the scheduled final pool match further solidified Bryl and Łosiak’s quarterfinal berth.
This strong run in Montréal builds on their momentum from three consecutive semifinal appearances on the 2025 Beach Pro Tour, showcasing their consistency at the highest level.
