The Corigliano Rossano Futures, a significant event on the Beach Pro Tour, concluded with noteworthy performances from teams representing Ukraine and Brazil. Ukrainian duo Dmytro Kozii and Sviatoslav Nahornyi achieved a silver medal in the men's category, while Brazilian competitors Giulia Gavio and Carolina Sallaberry Cavalcanti earned a bronze medal in the women's category.

This event shone a spotlight on emerging talents in beach volleyball, featuring competitions among 20 women's teams and 26 men's pairs from 23 federations. A pivotal contributor to the success of the Ukrainian and Brazilian teams has been the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment initiative. Since 2022, Ukraine's efforts have been bolstered through a Memorandum of Understanding that has allocated over one million dollars, while Brazilian teams have profited from targeted coaching assistance.

In the men's final, the Italian team comprising Enrico Rossi and Daniele Lupo emerged victorious, marking their second gold together on the Tour. The German team of Jonas Reinhardt and Milan Sievers secured third place. On the women's side, Germany's Rika Dieckmann and Sarah Schulz dominated the competition, taking home the gold, while Poland's Aleksandra Gromadowska and Agnieszka Adamek were the runners-up.

This event underscored the ongoing growth and vibrant competitive spirit within the beach volleyball community, highlighting the success of empowerment programs in nurturing talent worldwide. The next venue for the Beach Pro Tour Futures is scheduled for Alanya, Turkey, from October 15-18.
