These teams demonstrated standout performances in recent qualifying matches across Europe, benefiting from support provided through the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment initiative.

Qualifying Successes

In the men’s category:

  • Austria emerged from Pool B in Riga after a close victory over Latvia.
  • Denmark topped Pool E by defeating both Italy and Germany.

In the women’s category:

  • Ukraine dominated Pool C in Riga with an undefeated record, capped with a key win against Latvia.
  • France led Pool D in Messina, Italy, aided by Belgium's withdrawal due to injury.

Other notable qualifiers include Lithuania, which advanced in both the men’s and women’s competitions, the men clinching their spot in a dramatic final match against Poland.
