Dutch Duo Immers and Luini Impress in Polish Beach Volleyball Event

Dutch beach volleyball duo Matthew Immers and Leon Luini made an impressive debut at the 2025 Beach Pro Tour Challenge in Warmia Mazury, Poland, advancing to the Round of 16 without losing a single set during pool play.

Despite being seeded 21st, Immers and Luini dominated Pool E with consecutive wins over Austria’s Christopher Dressler/Philipp Waller and Tim Berger/Timo Hammarberg. Their commanding performance not only secured their place in the knockout round but also guaranteed a top-10 finish in the men’s division.

They are now set to face the Polish team of Michal Bryl and Bartosz Łosiak, who reached the round after a challenging three-set victory over Australian Olympians Thomas Hodges and Zachery Schubert.
