1. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD within North America. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders; additional charges apply for expedited or non-standard delivery options such as express delivery.
2. Delivery Options
Products are delivered according to the delivery option you choose during the checkout process. Information about available delivery options for your delivery country can be found on our website and during checkout. Please note that delivery restrictions may apply in certain areas, and if so, you will be notified before you complete your purchase.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are stated on our website and in your order confirmation, and you can check the status of your order on our website at any time. We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated number of working days following your purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, your chosen delivery option, and during peak seasons. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible.
4. Restricted Destinations
We do not deliver to addresses in regions affected by armed conflict, sanctions, or legal restrictions, or to any location where delivery by Skyball Apparel is prohibited by law. If your delivery address falls within a restricted region, you will be informed before your purchase is completed.
5. Receipt of Delivery
When your order is ready for delivery, you will be contacted by the delivery company. Depending on the delivery service selected, your order will either be delivered to your stated delivery address or made available for collection at an agreed location. Please note that arranging any necessary pick-up location and time is your responsibility, and we are unable to take responsibility for missed deliveries where pick-up arrangements are the customer's responsibility.
6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped across borders within North America — for example, from Canada to the United States or Mexico — you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are outside of our control. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs at checkout.
If you are unsure about the duties or taxes that may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office before completing your purchase. Please note that delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery times.
Skyball Apparel is not responsible for any additional charges that arise after your order has been dispatched, and we are unable to refund shipping costs on orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.
7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery carrier. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include arranging a replacement or issuing a refund where appropriate. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as this may be required to support a claim with the carrier.
