The 2026 Corigliano Rossano Futures on the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour concluded with stellar performances from Germany and Italy. Rika Dieckmann and Sarah Schulz from Germany secured the top spot in the women's category, while Enrico Rossi and Daniele Lupo from Italy triumphed in the men's category.

This highly competitive event featured participation from 20 women’s and 26 men’s pairs representing 23 federations. Dieckmann and Schulz showcased remarkable resilience, especially notable for playing tie-breakers in four out of their five matches. Their journey to gold included upsetting the top-seeded Brazilians in the semifinals. This victory marks Schulz's first career gold and Dieckmann's second on the tour.

Rossi and Lupo, both Olympians with impressive past performances, dominated their matches commanding five straight-set victories. This event marked their first appearance together on tour since 2024, and they emerged victoriously, further cementing their successful partnership.

Teams from Poland and Ukraine also delivered outstanding performances, earning silver in their respective categories. Meanwhile, Brazil and another competitive German pair took home the bronze medals.

The tournament has set an exciting precedent for the forthcoming Beach Pro Tour Futures event in Alanya, Turkiye, from October 15 to 18, which promises to deliver more thrilling beach volleyball action.
