This follows earlier wins at the Xiamen Challenge in May and the Gstaad Elite in July, reinforcing their status among the sport's top competitors.
Seeded third, Cherif and Ahmed triumphed in a thrilling final against Cuba’s Noslen Diaz and Jorge Alayo. The match concluded with a tight 2-1 result (21-14, 17-21, 18-16), securing them the top podium spot on the iconic Copacabana Beach, where Cherif made his Olympic debut.

The Cuban team of Diaz and Alayo earned the silver medal, marking their second podium finish this season after a previous gold in Quintana Roo.
