VALENCIA, Spain – Young beach volleyball stars stole the spotlight as France’s Saofe Duval and Anouk Dupin, and Spain’s Alejandro and Javier Huerta earned gold at the 2025 Beach Pro Tour Valencia Futures, showcasing their emergence on the global stage.
French Duo Triumphs in a Tight Final
Duval and Dupin began their campaign in the qualifiers and delivered a remarkable performance, winning seven matches in a row to capture their first international title. As the 13th seeds, they faced top-ranked Spaniards Belen Carro and Paula Soria in a thrilling final and prevailed 2-1 (21-17, 15-21, 20-18). The bronze medal went to Ukraine’s Yeva Serdiuk and Daria Romaniuk, who overcame France’s Elsa Descamps and Romane Sobezalz.
Huerta Brothers Dominate Men's Field
Spain’s Alejandro and Javier Huerta delivered a flawless performance throughout the tournament, going undefeated and winning every set across five matches. They sealed their victory in the final with a dominant 2-0 (21-15, 21-9) over Italy’s Tiziano Andreatta and Davide Benzi. Switzerland's Marco Krattiger and Leo Dillier claimed bronze after defeating Austria’s Alexander Huber and Robin Seidl.

The competition attracted 28 men’s and 28 women’s teams from 25 different countries, reflecting the expanding global reach and competitive depth in the beach volleyball community. These events are crucial for up-and-coming athletes, offering:
