Brazilian beach volleyball players Thainara Oliveira and Talita Simonetti showcased a dominant performance at the Beach Volleyball Itapema Elite event, finishing at the top of Pool C in the Volleyball World Beach Pro Tour 1xBet Elite16. Competing on home sand at Meia Praia Beach, the duo advanced to the Round of 12 without conceding a single set—a personal best at this elite level.

Their campaign started with a convincing victory against Lithuanian Olympians Monika Paulikiene and Aine Raupelyte. They then outclassed the third-seeded American pair, Hailey Harward and Molly Phillips, in straight sets. Oliveira and Simonetti are set to continue their strong form against the U.S. team of Abby Van Winkle and Devanne Sours in the knockout round on Saturday.
